If 10% decide to cast off their apathy and vote against the R's, here's the result:

The 2024 presidential race will be a decisive win for Mr. Biden. I'm talking about 100m votes to 70m votes. Much better than 81m over 74m.

Many strong R seats in Congress will turn blue. We could see a 75% D majority in the House and a 60-seat D Senate.

But to move 10% of eligible voters to the polls . . . .
