A ceasefire is a short term solution. It will be a victory for Russia. Leaving Crimea in Russian hands is like parking cats in front of a hamster cage. Not good psychologically for the hamsters. The Russian psyche is deep in dominating other cultures. They need to lose this war to understand that.
