A CTV reporter was grilling a Cabinet Minister about debanking the protesters--and their funders. The minister was not prepared for this challenge. I suspect the decision-makers did not fully consider this clause in the original legalese when the Emergency Act was written 30 years ago.

I kind of doubt the Canadian government will go after de-banking these people. They will have enough legal affairs to deal with that they will think twice next time about an unlawful protest.
