A few years back, a niece went to a summer basketball camp to improve her skills. She came back all aglow: "You can be whatever you dream to be," she said.

A few months later, I took her and a few other family members to a college basketball game. My niece pointed to one of the players on the floor. She said, "There's my basketball coach from the summer camp."

Yep, that lady was going places in the basketball world. She was playing for a small Canadian college.
