A great summary of the changes in our western societies. We may think we are still in the 1960s, but culturally we are not.

My Calgary cousins had seven boys. Living in a bungalow. Four older boys in the basement with two rooms. Two younger boys in the upstairs bedroom. Youngest slept with parents until the oldest moved out. Crowded house. Latch-key kids. Disappeared for most of the day, came home when hungry. Not so much parental involvement in extra-curricular acitivities
