I have mentioned my time on Writerbeat before, where the moderator was able to get people of different stripes into the one forum. One thing that I observed is that many of the talking points of conservatism cannot be defended well by rational debate. But I might have my own biases in that assessment.

Anyways, there seems to be a shortage of conservative voices on Medium. I don't think they could defend themselves well in a logical debate. Then add in the woke hordes looking for a target. . . . .

On another thread, I have been trying to give the reasoning for taking our society away from cannabis consumption. My two "opponents" never tackle my points directly. They continue to bring up that my 1980s experience is not valid OR what people do in their off hours is nobody else's business.

This could turn into another Medium article. But my drawing board is getting full. If I could get $20 per article, I could write something ever day.
