About 20 years ago, I signed on to a Capital One card. Its interest rate was 10%. I still have this card, and it is my easy go-to financing when I need to buy a big ticket item.

I don't think the 10% card is being offered today--by any bank. But my "old" 10% card is still working at 10%.
