About two months ago, CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp) reported that 94% of Covid deaths in Canada were 60 years old or older.

As soon as that "fact" went out there, no one has reported that fact since. It could be wrong, and if so, it was rightly pulled. But I doubt it was wrong.

Another "fact" that popped a while back is that a few people in Europe have contacted Covid twice, suggesting that total immunity just may not be possible. But that story seems to have been put aside.

BTW, I believe the hand-washing, social distancing, and mask wearing are good practical ways to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading the disease. I am 61--and my last bout with the regular flu took about three months to recover. I"m not sure I'll do well if I get Covid. I am taking reasonable precautions (like not attending public events). I would appreciate it if people wore a mask in a store. It shows you care about my welfare, and I'm saying the same thing with my mask.

But for sure, when accurate information is being withheld as to manipulate the public, it's not hard to understand the resistance to wearing masks.

I would like to know how many Covid deaths were people who smoked tobacco. Somehow I don't think we are going to get that information from the mainstream media.
