All all models of science and humanities, we have discarded models of understanding that have become obsolete and replaced them with newer models. Chemistry, physics, biology, psychology, economics, etc. have had their models enhanced.

It seems strange that we cannot enhance our current models of governance.

Americans will not progress until they discard their constitution for something better.
