And I’ve heard it say more than a few times that an entry level job helped define what a person wanted to do in life. So that person got the education/experience to move forward.

As automation increases, I fear that many young people are not going to have as many opportunities like this. Hopefully we’ll adjust in a positive way. I’m not sure.
