Andy: Thanks for your response.

There is no short- or intermediate-term mechanism to move the TDG into government. It MUST stay out of governance until it develops a new culture for governance. It's all explained in Chapter 6 of my book.

I've read synopses of the Marxist Manifesto. I think Marx had a good pulse on the state of the world. Socialism in the Nordic countries, Canada, and New Zealand has not failed. Communism failed mostly because the tiered electoral process to the Politburo quickly became rigged to certain result. Political leaders were no longer accountable for their decisions (at least to the public).

As for stories, I have written three TDG novels that show how average Americans can build this new way. The stories are available for a free read from my website, and actually read well on an iPhone. Building the TDG is really not that difficult or time-consuming.

Maybe I am complaining too much. I can't afford the time required to daily articles like Umair and Jessica.

But I am also making a point at where our collective mindset is at. At this point, we still seem to believe we can bend the will of our elected representatives. While there is some truth to this and we could argue whether it is becoming more or less successful, we really need to move beyond this political technique.
