Anglo societies probably aren’t capable of learning that lesson.
Unfortunately the biggest of those Anglo societies has a great impact on the rest of the world. This society needs to learn a new way. One advantage is this society mythologizes its new way circa 1789. One day, enough of its people (just 1%) might come to the realization to build another new way.
