As an inventor of an alternative democracy and trying to promote that democracy to people living in a crumbling democracy, it is indeed difficult to make these kinds of changes.

Even Canada seems to know it needs to change its 1867 model of governance, but seems paralyzed to do so.

My system is not about immediate replacement of one system for another. Rather it is about a parellel system being created as the old system moves along. The new system will mature and earn trust and respect of the citizens to eventually take over governance. I estimate about 20 years will be needed to gain that maturity.

Undoubtedly, the Ph.D.'s in political science will be flocking to Kiev soon to make adjustements to the current system, which produced a kleptocracy--and likely will again. Not much progress.

Maybe the more astute Russians, Ukrainians, and other ethnic groups will realize that western democracy really won't work for them--and try out this new way.
