As you know, I am promoting an alternative democracy. Every few years, I think of a different way to promote this idea. This past couple of years, I have been writing novels on how average Americans can build this new way.

The setting for my third novel is an Indian reservation in the lower 48. It is modelled after some of the more astute reserves in Canada.
