At best, Russian trolls might have convinced 200,000 soft D supporters to stay at home on election day in 2016. This might have given Mr. Trump the edge to win, but let's give him credit for earning most of those 62m votes on his own merit.

We should be questioning an electoral system that decides history with such fickle voters.
