At this point in time, the only entity Republicans fear more than Donald Trump is the rabid base of supporters he has rallied around him, and that’s a group of people that won’t be going anywhere any time soon.

I think this is the most important statement of this article. This political/social force will not go away with any kind of D victory. It is time for USA to build another system of governance. After all, it was the current system that created this movement.
