Bad Pun. Really bad. Two-step puns are really bad. It's a good thing there's a big ocean separating us.

I've had a bit of typo humility in recent months. I am putting 133 of my TDG-Medium essays into an ebook, which will be titled "The TDG-Medium Papers."

I thought I had pretty good control of my editing as I was putting my essays on Medium. I was expecting a few typos here and there. I know I'm not perfect.

But I hired a real editor for the e-book. She is finding typos every second paragraph. I am embarrassed to have let so many slip through.

The publishing/reading world is a little too cruel with typos (in my opinion). Maybe my excessive typos is a reason why my writing is not going far in Medium.

I can't afford to hire an editor for every Medium essay I write. I can't find all the typos by myself. One of those rock and hard place dilemmas.

I've often said that Medium needs to cut pub owners on the royalties: 80 for the writer, 20 for the pub owner. The pub owner can fix the typos. If the owner doesn't or can't, the pub won't go far.
