Bandura is a controversial figure in history.

He lived in a world where principles had to be sacrificed and unholy compromises were made. To stay altruistic usually meant no leadership position to make those decisions.

This happens today in today's democracies. All elected politicians have to make compromises they don't want to make--if they want to stay elected.

It is time for a new way.
