For some reason, my Medium feed has not been sending your work my way. But I certainly have enjoyed your work in the past. You are one of the best writers here.

Shortly after joining, another Medium writer offered to help me spruce up my articles. She took one of my early articles and certainly made it better. Not sure of her motive. though. I would not call her own work "great."

She was annoyed that I didn't take her offer. I didn't want to impose on her free time.

As far as my work is concerned, I think I need only be "competent" to make my point. Becoming "great" will not improve my readership--for the topics I like to write about. And I really don't have much interest is writing outside my current circle.

Maybe you could put together a writer workshop (a new Medium pub), giving some of your "tricks of your trade".
