I left the Catholic Church shortly after my confirmation. I was 15. The whole Christian theology just didn't make any sense.

In my early 20s, I encountered a popular Christian writer. His work inspired me to read the Bible for myself. It took me about a year. I started this project as an agnostic and finished it in the same state.

In my mid-30s, I finally found a new spiritual home. It has shaped me to be a better person. That was 27 years ago.
