Canada has pretty much the same accent from Ontario to British Columbia to Northwest Territories. It is only on the other side of Quebec where a different English is spoken.

When I was learning Slovak, I got used to the standard Slovak (the accent from Zvolen) and the dialect of my location (Trnava). Go 30 kilometers in either direction, and it was almost a new language.
