Even the "friendly" electricity generators have their environmental costs. And the proponents of these competing industries are quick to hire economists to point out the flaws of their competitors.

I have to chuckle at the aftermath of Chernobyl. It seems the wildlife is doing well around the former plant. Bears, wolves, horses, deer, etc are reaching their "natural capacity" without humans around.
