For sure, there is a certain talent, commitment, fortitude, foresight, and risk to acquiring wealth. Not everyone can do this. And society needs to recognize these attributes.

I have written a first draft of the challenges of running a small business (my own example). There are challenges most employees do not understand, and I hope this book gives non-business people an appreciation for these challenges.

The billionaires who built their empire are being replaced by billionaires who inherited their empire. Some will maintain that empire, but it is not likely they could have started with next-to-nothing. Other inheritors will throw that wealth away, but it takes time.

Those who believe that billionaires' wealth can be taxed away are based not in reality. Holding companies and offshore companies are designed to minimize taxes. Setting up tax laws to get to this money makes things worse for average people. Better to wait for the second or third generation to throw their wealth away.
