We have had this discussion many times and there is little resolution between us.

I do regard PR as is little superior to FPTP.

But because PR still has all the 12 limitations, I will not accept it as "the highest form of governance humanity can ever implement."

If you wish to continue this discussion, then take the 12 limitations and describe how PR has conquered each of them.
