We have had discussions before that I care not to repeat again. But something cropped up for me in this version of your promotion for PR.

How do we make the poor a part of the decision-making team?

For example, it is very seldom that someone of modest means finds their way into US governance. Quite often, the two parties will parachute candidates from outside the electoral districts of poor areas. These candidates will have little experience in being poor or knowing the heart and soul of the district they are representing.

In European countries, it takes a great deal of time and effort for an aspiring polticial person to work his way up the party hierarchy and get on "the list" of possible legislators. Poor people just don't have the resources for that time and effort.

In the TDG, a poor neighborhood will send one of their own people into government. If a district is composed of five poor neighborhoods, it will likely send a poor person higher into government.

In other words, the poor will be become an integral part of the decision-making body in the TDG.

Any thoughts?
