PR is better than FPTP, but the world still needs a higher level of democratic structure.

Canada has tried to amend its Westminster model, but the public is so suspicious of such change. So changes are thwarted. Regardles, the politiical/social outcomes of Canada are similar to the Nordic countries; I still can't figure out why.
