Having all sorts of connections in the beef industry and as someone who enjoys eating beef, I have to say that most of this article is indeed true.
We need to eat less beef — and other meats. A little bit of beef in our mostly vegetable dishes to provide an interesting test plus give us some valuable nutrients is a worthwhile goals. But meat — and its resource consuming practices — should not dominate our diet.
And with less meat consumption, animals can be raised more humanely.
