I was doing some meandering in Medium and got led back to this article of yours.

It’s amazing how the passage of time can change things. While conviction in Senate still does not look like a possibility, a few R Senators who don’t convict just might look silly enough to convince a few non-voting citizens rs to vote against the senators. USA elections need only a slight change in voter shifting.

I now see Ms. Pelosi as a political mastermind. She waited patiently for the president to finally hang himself. Then she pounced. I believe she will slow-play the impeachment process for maximum effect as the White House unravels even more.

I would put money that there isn’t going to be an impeachment vote. But the process will serve its purpose.
