May I suggest that we start building a new democracy? A democracy with NO political parties? Voting based on good character and capacity for governance?

Would this not be a good revolution?

Tiered Democratic Governance is actually not the usual kind of revolution. We will building something up as the old system tears itself down. The old system can no longer function, the TDG will be ready to take over.
