Here's the sad part. Despite more more Medium political writers recognizing the trend some of us saw a few years ago, they still can't investigate alternative ways to conduct democracy. Yet they keeping churning out articles in the vein of "If Mr. Biden only did things my way, USA could pull itself out of this mess."

Is this wishing naïve thinking? Or are they just cashing in before the light go out? Are they really that much smarter than the average Trump base?

The good news is the "revolution" will not be a total breakdown of society. The economy will still churn on. Most people will have jobs, but there will be fewer opportunities. Most of us will learn to keep our heads low. There will be enough left-wing militias to keep the new government and right-wing militias occupied. The TDG can still be built in these times.

Too bad the USA did not follow my instructions in 2009. The TDG just might be ready by now.

BTW, Isaac Asimov predicted the fall of democracy in the 1950s.
