I have a couple of questions for you.

First, how can we create the utopia Umair calls for when our electoral systems require successful politicians to bash competing politicians? Let me rephrase: what kind of society should we expect when our political leaders are continually bashing each other?

Second, how does that political conflict percolate in general society? Let me rephrase: wouldn’t the example of politicians bashing each other be the example too many average citizens try to emulate in their average lives?

If we really want our political leaders to be the example, then we need to consider a different way of selecting them. Right?
