Good forward thinking here. I will later allude to spolus spawning other spolus. But the first challenge will be writing the articles suitable for small businesses that are likely to stay small. These are the businesses that are most likely to join the spolu earlier than other businesses.

From these articles, the spolu writers can work in other arrangements.

In my spawning allusions, I suggest that the parent spolu has some representation on the senior management team, but will not have majority control. This is much different that parent/spawn relationships in the corporate world, where the parent usually has full control of the spawn.

One situation I will allude to is the spolu somehow loses its primary business. Now its main business is holding other spolu shares. I haven't quite figured out what to do with this business in the spolu network. To test these situations out, we will need to develop a spolu simulator with many spolus-----and see if it's OK to keep this spolu in the spolu network.

Anyways, this 4th draft will be completely up by Feb 23. After that I need to put it away for a while. It needs more thinking and pondering.
