I have to say that I think I don’t have enough background knowledge to fully understand what you are trying to say. This story does not seem to hitting the Canadian media, so this article was my first contact. But I cannot put the pieces together. But for those who are somewhat knowledgeable about this case, this article probably serves a good purpose.
