I have a much different take on this statement. I have been working for 24 years on an alternative democracy that puts the decision-making process back to the people. A kinder, wiser democracy.

Not much interest in this idea. I've engaged with at least 1000 people over the years.

My book takes about three hours for a one-time read. Your average anti-Trump writer on Medium probably spends three hours a week on Medium writing and reading more anti-Trump articles. Readers have to take some responsibility for investigating new ideas. Staying in their own echo chambers is not helping things.
