I belong to several co-operatives. These organizations are customer-focused.
My understanding of sociocracy is that this system is employee-focused.
Much of the corporate world today is invester- focused.
I find fault with all these systems in such that they do not recognize the sympbiosis required for a corporate entity to survive and be effective.
In my mind, I have a system where investors, employees, customers,--and suppliers all sharing in the success of corporate entity.
I just need to find the time to write this book.
In the meantime, I would not be too critical of sociacracy. It is far from popular or well practiced. If it finds some of its methods are not working, it will make changes.
