I can see several reasons why the prosecutions of the higher-ups are going so slow. Here's my main reason: Mr. Trump has at least 100,000 follewers willing to die for his cause. He need only say "Occupy federal buildings" and there will 100 Waco's in the USA. Any prosecution of the higher ups will require an absolutely air tight case. And building such a case for white collar crime is very difficult.

I could get into the other reasons. But the political paralysis is unlikely to abate with a new warm body at the helm.

It's time for a new way.
