We have been managed by "Modern Monetary Theory" for the past three to four decades. It has delayed the usual consequences of printing too money. I think it is now plausible that this technique is reaching its limits.

History suggests that humanity does recover from a collapse. Many of us will live through it, and hopefully we have learned something useful to prevent it next time.

I am reading a political science book, and the author talks about an "open democracy". But she still leaves the concept of the political party intact. The intelligentsia is really missing the mark.
