I hate to bother you again, but I think I have the anecdote: build a new democracy.

Just imagine a few neighbors in Cobb County, Georgia, getting together to write their local TDG constitution, knowing that constitution is going to link with Dekalb County and eventually more distant parts of the USA.

Isn't that better than chastising current holders of power? Or hoping that they will change things for us?
