I have a friend with his own parking sign and stand. He carries it in his trunk. It says: "Parking for Lithiuanians Only". When he finds a convenient parking spot, he just pulls it out--and voila--he has a legal parking spot just for him.

Actually this was a joke birthday present for an aging member of the Lithiuanian diaspora. He keeps it on his driveway.

But yes, free parking passes are getting a little absurd.

BTW, how does the bylaw officer prove the vasectonmy was actually carried out? You need to think these things through.
