I have encountered thinkers of "The Constitutionalist" nature before. I think this movement is misplaced because going back to 1789 is not a solution for 2021. And the states already control many aspects of their own governance.

I found this particular article very hard to understand. It needs to be written better before I will invest anymore time with it.
