I have packaged my idea in many different ways. No one wants to steal it.

Unfortunately, the world is so enamored with western democracy that it really does not want to consider another kind of system.

My "TDG" will require people to put some effort in, rather than vote for people who promise to fix things. That is the stumbling block.
