I have two rebuttals to this laptops:

First, Americans are fully aware of the cushy job he got because he was the vice-president's son. They have given their importance to this issue with their vote.

Second . While there may or may not be some incriminating evidence on that laptop. My take is that there should also be a secondary source of evidence. Relying on one source may not stand up in a court of law.
