I like the part of "degree". While I was never cross-burner type, I acknowledge some racist thinking in my youth. I think I have moved past much of that. But I need to be cautious that there may be more lessons to learn.

Trying to cast everyone on one side or the other is not productive.

And I have used "Dilbert" as an example in my book. Between the possible woke backlash and possible copyright usage, this might be another reason to rewrite the book.
