I like watching “Forged in Fire”, a reality show where four bladesmiths compete to make the best blade.

With three rounds, one bladesmith is dropped each round until a champion is realized. The judges are fantastic in explaining why each bladesmith is let go from the competition. And the “losers” are good at accepting the judge’s decision.

There are lots of good lessons from this show. If TV is where politicians are made, maybe Forged in Fire is where the USA should find its next president.
