I noticed that your other reply was a detractor admonishing your hiring of a low-wage employee.
I have hired a software developer from India, who has worked for me on a few other projects. His rates are about 25% of a western developer. If I were to do the "right thing" and hire more local, I could not justify investing in my projects.
If my one or more of my business units takes off, there will be more administrative tasks to do. If I do this administration, that leaves less time for "more inventing." In the western world, I would need to spend $40 an hour to attract and retain willing administration assistants. Will my revenues cover that expense? Maybe. Maybe not. But hiring someone as you have makes the decision to hand off the administration a lot easier.
And I like the way you are treating "Lou". She is probably quite happy to work for you.
