I predicted that enough soft R support would not go to the polls of the Trump-holding-bible-show-in-front-of-the-church such that the 2020 election would be a blowout. I was wrong.

Politics is very unpredictable. The USA could contiue to bumble along or it could to some quasi civil war. The fall of Rome took decades.
