I read the phone transcript. In no way could I see anything that tied the favor of investigating Mr.Biden and son to an arms deal. I’m not saying that did or did not happen, but so far this is not enough evidence.

True it is that maybe Mr. Trump should not have asked for this favor in the first place. But I’m sure he is not the first president to do so.
