I saw a previous article of yours on this series. I have to admit that I'm having trouble following your logic. This indeed is a confusing parable.

But reading this article, I coming to a different conclusion. I think the word "talent" was the trigger. I think we need to define this word not as money, but the literal "talent."

God gives us special talents. It is up to us to develop and share those talents. When we do, there are rewards for us. And the world benefits us.

Think of those blessed with some musical talent. If we do not develop and share this talent, then we are like the servant who put the money in the ground. But if we enhance our talents, we will inspire others to do the same.

Anyways, I shall be processing this new interpretation for a while.
