I sent out about 50 copies of "Diary of a Future Politician" to influential people in the USA. Deb Haaland was one of those recipients.

Or perhaps better said, "her office" was a recipient. I was under no illusion that a celebrity would read my work at this point. But a gatekeeper might.

I think all 50 copies have disappeared into a landfill or recycling center.

I think many Canadians knew that something was wrong with the "boarding schools.' But we weren't motivated until recently. The extent of the abuse and coverup did not really hit home for me until all those unmarked graves were found.
