I shall leave to the early TDG builders to create any legal mechanisms. However, I don't think they will be necessary.
A culture feature to prevent the machinations of the political parties is reducing the size of electoral districts to 200 residents. It will be hard for political parties to organize themselves in the many, many electoral districts of the TDG.
One legal feature will be the TDG constitutions MUST require neighbors to vote for neighbors. There is no parachuting. It will be hard for political parties to proffer credible candidates in the many, many, electoral districts.
